- Stay knowledgeable about ingredient quality, freshness, and seasonality, ensuring the use of the highest quality ingredients.
- Uphold proper portion control and minimize waste through proper production planning and inventory management.
- Creativity and willingness to experiment with new flavors and ingredients to develop unique and delicious pizza creations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills and able to work on a team.
- Various opening and closing duties.
