  • Knowledge of dough preparation, sauce making, and pizza assembly, including the ability to hand-stretch dough and create visually appealing pizza presentations.
  • Stay knowledgeable about ingredient quality, freshness, and seasonality, ensuring the use of the highest quality ingredients.
  • Uphold proper portion control and minimize waste through proper production planning and inventory management.
  • Creativity and willingness to experiment with new flavors and ingredients to develop unique and delicious pizza creations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to work on a team.
  • Various opening and closing duties.
  • Knowing what makes a good pizza.
